Runway to Red Carpet Wishlist – Fall 2015 RTW

Every now and then I post my favourite looks from the runway, on my Instagram account, that I hope will be featured at red carpet events. Except I don’t post who I wish would be donning those stunning outfits. So I thought I’d make this post about my choice of celebrities who I’d like to see in outfits from the Fall 2015 Ready-To-Wear shows. Now that all of the Fashion ‘Weeks’ are over, I’m feeling a serious case of withdrawal. I’m hoping this will help cheer me and all those of you who are feeling that withdrawal too.

Each of the following women have accomplished a great deal in their respective fields. I don’t think they need any sort of introduction. Therefore, I will only be presenting their names and the outfits I’d like to see them wear on the red carpet.

As you will have noted by now that I take on an approach that is in some ways centred on women’s empowerment. I do so keeping in mind all the mothers who have been with us every step of the way. For those who have shown us the real meaning behind compassion and forgiveness. For those mothers who have given us their undivided time and attention and, taught us to stand tall in the face of all adversities.

And on that note, I thank my mum for everything she did during the short time I knew her. I wish I could tell her how much I still love her.
